Can I consult my bank documentation online?

Tax 2019: how to check my tax information
In the app, go to    > Profile and settings > Correspondence. Find the document called "Tax Information" and click on    to access your report. When you have it open, you can download it using the symbol    to have it at hand when you make your tax return.

If you prefer, you can download it from the web. Enter your profile (in the upper part where your name appears) and click on Correspondence. Now, you only need to fond the document called "Tax Information" and click on "Document" to access it. You can also consult your tax information in Accounts> Account Management> Consult tax documents.
Check your draft of the Income Tax Return 2019
Remember that you can do it online, through the Tax Agency website. You can access it directly from here.

In the case the result of your draft tax return is negative and you are due a rebate from the Tax Authority, we give you the option of receiving the whole amount immediately, so the money can be deposited in your account as soon as possible. If you are trying to enter but cannot, it is likely that your username has been blocked for security reasons. If this is so, call us on 963 085 000, and one of our managers will assist you so that you can access on-line banking as usual.
Your ID card must be up to date
To use on-line banking using the app or the web, for security and legal reasons your ID card must be up to date. If it is not, don't worry. When you enter the app or web, we will display a message that will take you directly to the steps you must follow to do so. Keeping your ID card up to date is essential for some of the most common transactions, such as making a transfer.
Can't remember your password? You can recover it; it's very easy
In the app, on the screen where you enter your password, click on the text "Forgotten your password?" On the web, under the space where you normally enter the password, there is a link with the words: "Are you having trouble entering?" Make sure you have your ID card and one of your Banco Sabadell cards on hand. Click, follow the steps, and you will receive an SMS on your mobile to reset your password.
Does your mobile have fingerprint or facial recognition? Activate it to identify yourself in the Banco Sabadell and Sabadell Wallet app

Transfer money between your accounts
If you need more money in one of your accounts, transfer it using the "Transfer" option immediately. It’s as easy as opening our app; select one of your accounts and, in the footer bar, click on “Transfers” and then on “Internal Transfer”.
You can also do it by entering the web. Go to "Accounts" in the top horizontal menu, and then click "Transfers" on the left-hand side menu. You must choose the option "Between my accounts" to make the transfer.
Transfer money
Enter the app, click on one of your accounts, click on "Transfers" (), in the footer bar, and choose the type of transfer you want to make, domestic or international. You can also make transfers on the web: enter the "Accounts" section of the horizontal menu and click "Transfers" in the vertical menu on the left.
Are you going to send a transfer more than once these days?
If so, it can be very useful to make a periodic transfer, so that it is repeated automatically. Both in the app and in the web, go to your transactions and click on "Transfers"> "Periodic transfers". Set up the transfer: recipient, amount, frequency ... and you’re done!
Do you want the money to get there right away? You have two options
First: Send money from mobile to mobile for free and immediately using Bizum, through the Sabadell Wallet app or the web. Select the person to whom you want to send the money from your contacts or enter their mobile number. If the person does not have Bizum, they will receive a request to join. Bizum allows you to send up to €1,000. If you don't have Sabadell Wallet you can download it here. Second: make an immediate transfer, from the Banco Sabadell app or the web. Move money from your credit card to your account
If you need more balance in your account and you have a credit card, you can transfer money and have it in your account instantly. Do it from the app: in the go to "Cards" and choose your credit card. Click on "Operations" in the lower menu and then on "Transfer from card to account". You only have to enter the amount you want to transfer to your account, and it will be done immediately.

If you want to do it on the web, go to "Cards" in the upper horizontal menu and select your credit card. In the left-hand vertical menu go to "Money transfers" and choose the option “Transfer from card to account". As in the app, you only have to write the amount you want to transfer to your account, and it will be done immediately.

I want to pay with my mobile. How do I do it?

You can do it with Sabadell Wallet if you have Android; with Apple Pay if you have an iPhone and with Samsung Pay if your mobile is Samsung. To start paying with your mobile, you must add your card to Sabadell Wallet, Apple Wallet or Samsung Pay, depending on the device you have. What to do if you or someone else needs to withdraw money
You can use Instant Money, a free service, available both in the Banco Sabadell and the Sabadell Wallet apps, that you, or the person you choose, can use to withdraw money from one of our ATMs, using a code and without using a card. How does it work?

Enter the Banco Sabadell app and, after clicking on go to "Cards"> "Instant Money" (). Select the amount you want to withdraw and enter your mobile number if you are going to withdraw the money or the number of the person you want to withdraw it. We will send a code in an SMS to be entered at the ATM to withdraw the cash. This service is also available in Sabadell Wallet. Access this app and click on the section called "Withdraw money from the ATM without a card" that you will easily see. Tell us if the money will be collected by you or someone else; if someone else is going to withdraw it, we show you your contact list so you can select the person. Select the amount to be withdrawn, sign the operation and you or your contact will instantly receive the SMS, which the ATM will request, to collect the money.

Do you have more than one account? Make a transfer between accounts
In this way, you can increase your account balance by moving money from one account to another.

Have you paid a large amount with your credit card this month? Split it into instalments and recover the amount in your account
This way you can pay your expenses little by little. If your purchases are equal to or greater than €100, you can split them into instalments to pay them more comfortably. The same goes for your bills. Go into your transactions to see which ones you can split. In the app we mark them for you in purple with the text "Split payment" and on the web, with the text "Split". You can also postpone a card settlement
You can defer to the following month the payments you have made with your credit card, using the app or the web, and choose when you want to resume your credit card settlement payments.

If you want to do it from the app, go to    and then to “Cards”. Select your credit card and, in the footer bar, click on "Settings" (). Enter "Payment methods" and personalize your payment method in the symbol ().

To do it on the web, go to "Cards" in the upper horizontal menu and enter "Payment Limits and Methods" in the left-hand vertical menu. You will have to choose the “Payment terms” option to defer a settlement of your credit card. Note that this service has a cost that we explain during the process.

Check the account balance and transactions
Authenticate yourself in the app and the web to see the balance of your accounts at a glance, so that you have control of what is happening in them. You will get your account balances as soon as you enter. If you prefer to see them on the web, enter with your usual on-line banking credentials (user and password).
Your card transactions, also under control
You can do it by entering our app or web. For the app, enter  , click on “Cards” and then on one of your cards to see its list of transactions. On the web, enter the "Cards" section of the horizontal top menu and click on the card whose transactions you want to see.
Receive notifications of your account and card transactions on your mobile
Activate notifications on your mobile and you will be the first to know when your salary has been paid, when you get a bill or when you make a purchase with your card. To do so, enter the app and go to "Your messages". Click on the wheel icon   and then on "Activate push".
If you need to request an account certificate
You can do it from the web. Go to "Accounts" in the top horizontal menu, and then click "Manage Accounts " on the left-hand side menu. Choose the option “Request Certificate". You can request an account holder certificate or an account balance certificate. We will only ask you to sign the transaction on-line and you can download the certificate you need in PDF format.

Place a standing order for a bill
If you want is pay a new bill by standing order, you can do it on the web, in the "Standing orders" section.
If you want to see a bill...
Enter the app and click on one of your accounts to go to your transactions. In the footer bar, click on the “Standing Orders” section () to check the ones that you already have ordered. To check your bills on the web, go to "Accounts" in the upper horizontal menu and click on "Standing Orders" in the left side menu.
If you want to return a bill...
If you want to do it from app, go into the transaction detail. Scroll down until you find the "Return bill" option (), we will only ask for your phone number and a signature to request the return.

To return a bill on the web, go to the “Standing Order” option in the left-hand vertical menu and click on “Return Bill (debited from account)”.

When you return a bill, the amount immediately returns to your account. But remember that the bill is unpaid, and you must contact the issuer to correctly manage your payment.
Do you have a large bill?
You can pay it in instalments as long as it is equal to or greater than €100. In the app, go into your transactions to see which ones you can split. Do you have Blink insurance and need to make a claim?
If you already have BLINK insurance from Banco Sabadell but in the last few days you have had a claim and you need to report it, you can call us at any time. In the app or web, enter "Insurance", choose the one you have contracted, and you will see the option to call us with the text "Call customer service". We will be available to assist you.

  • Always consult reliable sources, such as the official channels of public administrations, to confirm information about COVID-19.
  • Be suspicious of requests that reach you through social networks, messages or calls about COVID-19.
  • Do not share personal, bank information or passwords by mail, WhatsApp or by phone. Remember that Banco Sabadell will never call you to ask for passwords or any other information about your card.
When you buy online
  • Pay attention when you buy online and, as much as possible, use ecommerce portals that you already know.
  • Never buy on insecure ecommerce sites. Always check that the address begins with “https: //". If you have any doubts, we recommend that you do not buy.
  • When you pay for your online purchase never give your card PIN.
When you use online banking
  • Use the app to check your accounts or enter the address of our website in your browser yourself.
  • Don't download or click on links you don't know.
  • Turn on push notifications so that we can inform you of all the payments you make with your cards. Activate them by logging into the Banco Sabadell app and going to > "Your messages". Click on > Activate push.
